These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.caerusstrategies.com (the “Site”) and any consulting, sourcing, trading, or related services provided by Caerus Strategies (“Caerus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Caerus Strategies. We may amend these Terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page, identified by the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Caerus Strategies is an international consulting and trading firm with offices in Chengdu and Hong Kong (China), and an upcoming hub in Yerevan (Armenia). Our Services include strategic advisory, global sourcing, supplier verification, production and quality coordination, logistics, and cross-border execution.
Information published on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Submitting an inquiry, exchanging emails, or holding preliminary discussions does not, by itself, create a contractual or advisory relationship. Caerus Strategies is engaged only when a written agreement (including by countersigned proposal or scope of work) is in place between the parties.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photography, layout, design, and code, is the property of Caerus Strategies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Caerus Strategies name, logos, and visual identity are trade marks of Caerus Strategies.
You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

When you contact us through the Site, by email, or otherwise, you confirm that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. We treat client and prospect information as confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should not send us information you consider sensitive until a confidentiality agreement is in place.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or applications (such as WhatsApp or email clients). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or availability of these third parties. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caerus Strategies disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance you place on information from the Site is strictly at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caerus Strategies, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred Euros (€100) or, where the matter relates to a specific paid engagement, the fees actually paid by you to Caerus Strategies in respect of that engagement during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caerus Strategies, its affiliates, and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (c) your misuse of the Site.
We treat non-public information shared with us by clients and prospects as confidential and use it only for the purpose for which it was shared. Where a project requires the exchange of sensitive information, the parties may enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, save where mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise. Engagements under a separate written agreement are governed by the law and forum specified in that agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caerus Strategies regarding the use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements relating to its subject matter. Specific engagements remain governed by their own written agreements.
